  • Make periodic site visits.
  • Attend construction meetings, regularly or periodically.
  • Review cost estimates for additive/deductive changes and make recommendations.
  • Negotiate fair and reasonable costs for additive/deductive changes.
  • Review progress payment requests and make recommendations.
  • Ensure completion of punchlist items to meet the requirements of the contract documents.
  • Assist in resolution of design/construction conflicts in the field.
