  • Assist in preparing proposals for procuring the services of design professionals.
  • Review proposals of design professionals and make recommendations based on information submitted and reference checks.
  • Manage your project during the design pahse to ensure the project will be completed on time, within budget, and meet the project requirements.
  • Assist during bidding phase to ensure timely response to contractor’s questions by the design professionals.
  • Review construction bids and make recommendations based on information submitted and reference checks.
